Tinnitus, tingling, depression, insomnia
1) Left half portion of body some times tingle, numb, insensitive.
2) Tinnitus in left ear.
3) Tingling in various parts, particularly in legs at times.
4) Eczema cured but some skin eruptions still present.
I am on D.Veniz 50, Nitrest 0.5 and Metpure 12.5 xl for last four years. But still above complaints persist. I have tried to avoid the medications except Metpure but find - more tinnitus, tingling, pain in left shoulder joint, no sleep etc.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You need to continue the medications as suggested.
Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management of tinnitus.
You can take a. Tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month.
