Tinnitus in left ear
I am 27 old. I am facing tinnitus in my left ear from last 2 months.
I am not able to sleep at night due to ringing in ear.

There are many causes for tinnitus such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media etc. Diagnosis is important before starting treatment. You may need to undergo detailed ENT evaluation along with audiological tests
