Pulsatile tinnitus could be a sign of a glomus tumour which should be ruled out be an MRI scan. Consult a good ENT, Head & Neck Surgeon near you. You are welcome to drop into Healthcare@Basaveshwaranagar for a full evaluation if you happen to reside in or around Basaveshwaranagar.
