Tinkling sensation of hands and numbness
I have been experiencing symptoms like tinkling sensation of hands and numbness of thumb, point and middle finger since 3 months.l even had cervical neck pain from 1 year. I had recently gone through MRI-cervical spine.its impression: 1.mild annular disc bulge at c4-c5 and c5-c6 level causing ventral thecal sac compression, cord compression. 2.minimal annular disc bulge at c3-c4 and c6-c7 level causing ventral thecal sac indentation. 3.spinal canal narrowing noted at c4-c5,c5-c6 and c6-c7 more sever at c4-c5 level. 4.focal thinning of cord with intramedullary hyper intensity at c4-c5 level- likely myelomalacia changes due to compressed cord myelopathy Please suggest me what to do?? Do I go to Ayurveda medication
