The best medicine for tinea cruris is cap itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for 2 to 3 weeks. Brand is important in this medicine as availibity of drug in skin is low. Buy the best brand like Sporonox which is costly but never fails unlike the cheap ones of mankind and other dubious companies. Apply combination of two types of antifungal Nizral and Loceryl cream local application twice daily for 4 weeks.it is important to Continue the treatment for prescribed time period even if you get relief in less than 1 week as else relapse is the rule. Don't apply any steroid based cream like panderm, fourderm, betnovate GM as it leads to drug resistance often dispensed by pharmacist. . Treatment of family members and keeping your towel clean.... this regimen has never failed. Keep the brand in mind as well quality of drugs of many companies are dubious
