Cool lip is Filter Khaini - as mentioned on the packing visible on the internet. It will have all long term side effects that tobacco has including oral cancer. Also it may because mental and physical dependence to the same. You must avoid taking it- see a psychiatrist if u feel u r addicted to it. Warm regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru.
