Tightness of chest
Hi, So last night I was laying in bed and suddenly have a very bad chest pain on my left side, i thought nothing of it and just went to sleep.
This morning I am at work and my chest feels tight and i am short of breat, it feels like my lungs wont fill with air until full
I get dizzy spells and i am out of breath from just walking to the toilet.

Dear two systems need to b checked first get your chest X-ray done then Pft aec ige then ecg. Do you have acidity trouble?
