Tightness in stomach around 6pm til 3am
Is it a matter of concern? I am 29 weeks pregnant. Since past few weeks my stomach gets tight in the evening and loosens at around 3am , sometimes more than that due to which it becomes difficult to walk or sleep. Sometimes i feel like my stomach is going to burst. Plz confirm why is this happening
