Tight stool
Dear my son has always face problem.
During passing stool, he has very pain.
He is very crying.
Stool was very tight.

Please help.me.

Give him lot of water and high fibre diet like fruits and vegetables
Avoid biscuits Toast, Butter,bread and
Reduce his milk consumption.
He should be ok

Make him to sit to pass stool
Plenty of liquids/ water
Green leafy vegetables and fruits
Fibre rich diet
Reduce milk and biscuits
