  4. Tight stool and blood coming. Pls tell!

Tight stool and blood coming
I have tight stool coming in starting that is causing blood also coming 10 days ago but now today also, blood comes comes with tight stool in starting even i am taking constipation syrup, laxirid , even my diet if full of figer and drinking enough water, now in 1 year i have 3 case of blood in stool, have also ultrasound nothing found, sugar test fine, so why i am having constipation pls tell
