Hi...., Short or tight frenulum of the penis can cause pain during sex. It may also cause bleeding during sex if it tears during intercourse. Pain in turn may cause erectile dysfunction,... the treatment options are available include circumcision which typically includes frenulectomy or frenulectomy (or frenuloplasty) alone...Consult Urologist...
