Tight foreskin
Hi i am 28 years old and i had sex with my partner 1st time. My forskin got stuck in between and glands became red.. it was so painful and required 10-15 min to get settle.. please help

This is often see when the fore skin is not open enough. Sometimes it is a congenital problem. Do you open your foreskin daily? It is advisable to do so and wash it properly everyday during bath. If it is painful in opening then you need to see a surgeon who will give a small cut and widen the area for you to open and close smoothly. Also use enough lubricants during sex. If it was your 1st time then this could be a case of anxiety issue and might not happen again.
