Tight calves
Every once a while, my calf muscles tighten up and I feel a slight throbbing pain. Usually happens during the day. It is not very painful and has never stopped me from work etc. but I feel like this pain has increased over time and my calves are tighter, they become very hard. Is it lack of exercise or should I get it checked? What doc would be the right one to approach?
