Tics problem
Hello.. I'm 28 years female ..From many years there is excessive blinking disorder for me which I used to blink much wen speaking to others or even wen staying calm too.. Opposite people used to ask me y blinking oftenly in the way ..i consulted a doctor for this, They prescribed some lubricating eye drops but didn't worked out.. Did exercise too, But didn't workout.. Now I want real and genuine healing for this problem.. Suggest me some oral medication which really works

Where are you located? Can you send a video of the blinking? I will get a good idea what it is.
Is it in both eyes or just one?
is there any variability? Do you have it all the time? Or does it come and go.
There are many neuroophthalmology conditions that need to be ruled out.

It needs to be seen if you have excessive blinking or blepharospasm. I think you should have a video consultation or in clinic consultation with an ophthalmologist.
Till then instill lubricating eye drops 4 times a day. Tablet Nurobion forte once a day.
