  3. Thyroxine dose for hypothyroidism. Take?

Thyroxine dose for hypothyroidism
My TSH is 0.107 (range 0.35-4.94). I have been taking 100mg Eltroxin for three months. Previously I was taking 75mg for four days and 100mg for three days but then my TSH had shot upto 5.9. What would be the optimum dose that I should take?
