Hello, yes your mother has little high Tsh level, due to low Thyroid hormones in blood. It is called as hypothyroidism, it is pretty common in females. No need to worry all she has to do is she needs to take exogenous Thyroid hormone that is Tab. L-Thyroxin (comes in 25 micrograms, 50,75,100micrograms) she needs to start the tablet at lower dose and dose needs to be adjusted according to the response, which a signal tablet early morning daily. Consult a general physician or endocrinologist for the prescription.
