Thyroid TSH 0.11 thyronorm dosage
My wife recently had quarterly checkup of thyroid. it is 0.11. 3 months back it was 4.2 so she was taking thyronorm 25mcg. should we decrease it to 12mcg? she is complaining of weight gain also.

No, you shouldn't decrease it any further.
Ask her to take care of her diet and exercise daily to lose weight.
Consult a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management.
