Kindly visit an endocrinologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. From the history alone a specific diagnosis can't be reached and there are a few differential diagnosis which need to be ruled out in your case. So kindly visit the endocrinologist at the earliest.
