Yes you need to increase thyroxin sodium dose.
What is your weight ? Normally levothyroxine dose is 1.4 to 1.7 times the weight. You have vit D deficiency for that you need to take oral supplement of vit D 60k once a week for 8 weeks.
It is better if you consult a diabetologist or endocrinologist in your area before increasing medication
