Thyroid problem
My TSH level is 8, im takimg meficine of 50mg, but it is not coming down. I want to decrease it to less than 4, as I'm planning for baby too.

You need to increase the daily dose to preferably 75 mcg and recheck TSH after 6 weeks. During pregnancy try to maintain TSH less than 3
