Thyroid medicine dose change
When i took my thyroid test in May my T3 is 94, T4 is 7.6 and TSH is 9.72(above normal). So, doctor asked me to take Thyronorm 50 for 3 months and again take the test. Now i got it tested again . Now the results are T3 98, T4 9.9 and TSH 0.61. All are back to normal. Now please tell me whether i need to change the Thyronorm dose?

Normal thyroid function basically means that medicines are replacing the deficiency of thyroid hormone and if you stop the medication now the TSH levels will increase again. You need to continue same dosage of levothyroxine till doctor asks you to stop
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist or endocrinologist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
