There's no specific treatment to reduce the anti TPO antibody. You can take selenium and vitamin d supplement, both are considered to check the levels. Its important for you to take continue thyroxin to control TSH level during pregnancy. However the dosage you are taking now seems to be abit high.Continue monitoring your thyroid function tests to adjust the dose under the supervision of your physician.
