Thyroid high
I have undergone for hysterolaproscopy with ovarian drilling.. Before that some blood test were done which indicated my thyroid levels high.. So doc had postponed my surgery and asked me to start thyronorm 100.. my TSH level was around 13 and after medicine in a week it came around 2.5..
I need to ask whether I should continue with the same dosage (i. E once a day empty stomach) or the power shud be reduced..
My gynecologist has asked me to take consultation from endocrinologist.. I'm not able to find any.. Pls help me..
I had undergone the surgery on 24th Feb..

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
There are plenty of endocrinologist in mumbai. Anyways, yes you need to continue the same and take the medicine everyday without fail.
Just check again after a month and then we can decide.
