Thyroid & Heart Issues, Are they related
I have an Atrial Flutter and have been place on Sotalol to regulate my heart rate. My regular Doctor did a TSH test which came back at 1.84. I requested that they do a Free t3 and Free T4 test. The t3 came back at 2.7 and the T4 at 1.48. I have cold hands and feet, tired, fatigued, dry skin. My doctor says all of the tect are within normal ranges but upon alittle research i found that the T3 is at the lower end of the range. My grandfater had thyroid problems along with my mom and brother.
