Thyroid During Pregnency
My wife is 25th week pregnent. She had a test last month TSH : 4.7 mIU/L (Second trimester: 0.3‑4.6 mIU/L) T3 & T4 is normal. So is it dangerous for my wife and unborn baby? Pls help.

In pregnancy the normal values of tsh are below 2.5 in first trimester and below 3 in second n third trimester so she should start taking thyronorm 37.5 mcg daily empty stomach and repeat tsh after one month to see if any dose modification is required .
