Dear Practo user, The relevance and treatment for Thyroid dysfunction is more important during first trimester. The brain development would have occurred during second trimester. The raised levels do not have adverse effect in all the babies. The TSH Levels of 3.6 are slightly high in respect to second trimester of pregnancy. The drug can be started now also and hope for the best.
