Hello, all the symptoms r related to THYROID. Tab livogenxt one at night for two months. Tab ultrafolcin two times a day after food for two months. If anemia is corrected lot of symptoms improved.thyroxin to taken in empty stomach by consulting a general physician MD/ endocrinologist. Walking twenty minutes two times a day.light diet, no SOURY THINGS.  ADVISE Eye check-up. BP TO MONITOR. Ok.
