There is a hypoechoic SOL of 3.6×2.5×3.0 cm
seen in the left lobe of thyroid . There is a cystic /Necrotic area seen within it.No local infiltration noted in adjacent parenchyma.No significant increased vascualrity seen in doppler study.

You need to undergo fine needle aspiration cytology of the swelling to confirm the type of thyroid swelling.. Depending on its results treatment can be decided..
