Homocysteine is a common amino acid in your blood. You get it mostly from eating meat. High levels of it are linked to early development of heart disease.. For this , u can start taking a tablet of folic acid of 5 mg daily which will fortify your diet and keep a proper follow up. Your increased TSH levels indicate hypothyroidism for which you should consult a physician , but I would also like to know about your T3 and T4. Your vit D levels are low which is very common now a days. U should start having cholecalciferol sachets weekly and try taking milk as well in your diet and start getting exposed to sunlight in morning hours. Alkaline phosphate level can be considered normal .
