Thyriod problem
I have thyroid problem and i was taking thyrox 50 MCG for 1.5 years and my level was maintained 3 so doctor asked me to stop the medicine at the time i was having heavy hair loss. After 3 months i faced irregular period and hair loss problem and met ayurvedic doctor he suggested kanchanara gulugulu and karisalai karpam for 2 months i took and did daily exercise.my periods was regular and hair fall is not stopped. I am worrying much due to hair fall.please suggestion me diet/solution.Should i continue the ayurvedic medicine?

Hello you continue medications along with nutrition rich food and regular exercise. In asanas go for bhujangasana, halasana, sarvanga asanas etc bhramari pranayama.
