Thumb joint pain
I have pain in my left hand thumb joint just where it connects to palm. There is no swelling. The pain subsides as I put band around it. I have a similar mild pain on my right hand too. What could be the reason?

Hello , it's a very common issue occurring due to inflammation in joint or could also be connect to Spine. Pls get yourself evaluated by a Physiotherapist to find out solution to the problem. All the best
