You need to get certain blood tests done like thyroid function tests, complete blood count, fasting blood sugars, lipid profile. Certain life style modification need to be done 1hour of exercises either brisk walking or doing weights at gym. Do get a body mass index done at any fitness centre. Including exercises in routine will improve your moods,enthusiasm.eating health meals will also help to improve your energy levels include more of protein foods,fruits,vegtables plenty of juices,water that shall improve your hair fall issues,skin issues.
