Excessive Sweating While Workout Excessive Hunger and at times no hunger at all Slow Digestion Belly Fat Skin - Stretch Marks Eye Strain while driving the car for long, or sitting and working in front of the computer - feels like to sleep Headaches when waking up in the morning Throat have very light itching and pain. My voice command is slow and at times due to my low pitch I avoid to argue or have discussion Hair fall, Skin Spots, Early Discharge I have night Shifts and rotational shifts. I am missing energy and enthusiasm. I get depressed or hurt very quickly and at times I am like a stone, cant be hurt. My physical strength becomes very heightened.

You need to get certain blood tests done like thyroid function tests, complete blood count, fasting blood sugars, lipid profile. Certain life style modification need to be done 1hour of exercises either brisk walking or doing weights at gym. Do get a body mass index done at any fitness centre. Including exercises in routine will improve your moods,enthusiasm.eating health meals will also help to improve your energy levels include more of protein foods,fruits,vegtables plenty of juices,water that shall improve your hair fall issues,skin issues. Proper 6-7hours of sleep depending on ur shifts work needed for body to rest and recovery.headaches eyestrain will gradually reduce as you do the above changes in your life style.
