Thrush on penis. Help me please!

White spots on the edge of penis. Used candid b no effect ...then used fluconazole (5tablets 150 mg each per week) some relief but erectyl dysfunction so left it...then used itraconazole (40tablets 200 mg each every day continuous from last month) but no effect...then again in frustration used fluconazole 150 mg 4 tablets taken in last 4 day... again erectyl dysfunction ...body pain...weakness. suffering from this past 1year... before taking this medication I felt nervous slowdown in brain ..lack of focus...readness on penis...due to fluconazole pain in abdomen... nothing like phimosis or paraphimosis because there is no closeness of skin...but a ring is their with white spots...used setroderm ...lulicknazole...clotramiconazole...nothing working...less lebido and feeling of impotence ...lack of confidence...help me please
