  4. Throught and nasal congestion. To take?

Throught and nasal congestion
From yesterday i have secer throught congestion and nasal congestion. I think i have fever also...I had a cetvin yesterday night and a paracetamol today morning. I am not feeling well. I am in my office now and its air-conditioned and i think its not helping my case. What to do? What medicines to take?
