Thrombotic occlusion, mid RCA&Distal LCX
Patient have thrombotic occlusion, Distal LCX 80 % stenosis, mid RCA 70 -80% stenosis. Primary PCI done to proximal LAD using 2.5 x 23mm XIENCE ALPINE DES. Doctor advised stage PCI to mid RCA and distal LCX at later date. Doctor allowed patient  to go home with some medicine. What is the situation of patient now? Stage PCI is better as doctor said?
