Throat ulcers
I take metformin glyciphage 500mg twice daily and also neurobion once a day but if I miss taking vitamins for 2 or 3 days I get painfull throat ulcers  and they don't appear anywere other then my throat I have got this problem third time now since last 5 months what should I do
