Throat pain, change in voice

Hi doctor, my father age 50, earlier he having piles problem some how he manage after taking ayurvedic med, he had gone through 3times harneya operation too. Now from 3-4day he is suffering from cold, cough and throat pain and change in his voice. And also blood is coming in his stool. Is it any thing serious??
