Asked for Female, 25 Years

I did prega test last week and it was positive. I am also having throat infection. I feel body pain and weakness. I m doin salt water gargling. Should i take antibiotic. I am concern with anythng affecting my pregnancy. I am planning to viisit doctor to confirm pregnancy.
