Had on 7.11.22 took Azithromycin 500 once for 5days ,came again, taking sinarest, which is best medicine? without antibiotics can this go ?burning and irritation in throat and tired ness etx

Burning sensation in the throat can be due to various causes, chronic irritation in the throat due to post nasal discharge or acid reflux.it need not always be infectious.

Yes. And stop taking antibiotics over the counter. Do Dispirin gargles 2-3 times a day instead. (1 tab of Dispirin dissolved in 1/2 glass lukewarm water) Take Tab Sompraz 40mg in empty stomach for a week. Drink frequent sips of water( 2-3 sips every hourly) Also, improve your diet, avoid spicy and junk food, excess tea and coffee and maintain at least 2 hrs gap between dinner and bedtime.
