Three unrelated things but unsure on all

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I’ve been experiencing problems with a very chesty mucusy cough for about a week that keeps me up at night and has given me a tickly feeling throat. I’ve also had an extreme itch and redness on my scrotum/side groin areas, I don’t know what to use for it or anything. Also today discovered a cyst like lump on my scrotal skin (not testicle)
