Compaint: three miscarriages. 1st – November 2011 (23 weeks), 2nd – April 2014 (18-19 weeks), 3rd – Fabruary 2017 (19-20 weeks).
Diagnosis: SLE, antiphospholipid syndrome
Anamnesis: 2nd pregnancy – APLs were discovered, but no treatment was prescribed. It lead to missed miscarriage. Two years of tests took place. The diagnosis was antiphospholipid syndrome. 3rd pregnancy (IVF) – in 18 weeks bleeding started. After course of anticoagulants pregnancy was aborted because of the baby’s death.
