Thread in surgery laceration
Hi, I've had a surgery to a broken arm bone recently and there seems to be a tiny thread or cotton string barely hanging out of the laceration. Will it be a cause of some septic ailment or should it be left as it is..

If surgery was done , the laceration shouldnt exist - i mean it would and should have been sutured. The tiny thread- if it is the suture put during the surgery then you shouldnt fidget with it. Otherwise get it checked and properly examined. Hope this was helpful.
