Thorat and Tongue dry during nightsleep
I had acid reflux problem 4 month's back and thorat infection too for a many daysvand that got solved. I have Thorat allergy too towards cold. Last month i had acute tonsillitis and taken medicine and now I'm ok. But the tongue and thorat dryness during night sleep, and sometimes even during evening. I have checked sugar levels and my H1BAC is 5 %. I didnt had any sugar problems earlier but for safer side just had a check. I'm not under any medication at present. Kindly help. Thank u.

Hi...tongue and throat dryness during sleep can be due to many causes... Do you have nasal blockage??( Can cause mouth breathing which causes dry throat) Snoring?? Distorted sleep patterns? Antihistamine use?? And chronic pharyngitis and GERD are some common causes

Hello Tongue and throat dryness requires no special medications but plenty of water. Yes smtimes decreased salivary secretions can be a cause. Your throat, allergy, acidity issue is totally solved then no need to worry.
