Thoracic outlet syndrome

From past 2 years I am suffering from severe full right hand pain ( shoulder to palm) and because of this I am unable to any work. I consult many doctors and everyone has different opinions but none treatment gave relief to me. 3 months back I have consulted one doctor he told me that I am suffering from TOS ( thoracic outlet syndrome) issue. I took medicines and physiotherapy but no benefit and at last doctor recommended me surgery ASAP.
1. Please tell me how successful is TOS surgery and future recovery?
2. How much will be the cost of this TOS surgery?
