Thick and less semen

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Less urge to do anything with partner, sometimes viagra doesn't work, without taking viagra having premature ejaculation.. semen comes out of penis without any pressure, very less and very thick semen while ejaculating, 37 yrs old, never had sex before..what could be the cure?
