The V1 wave in my ECG is completely flat
I had my ecg done today in which there is V1 wave which is completely flat. Also, there is premature ventricular contraction and written as counterclockwise rotation in ecg report. Is there anything serious or something i should worry about. I have been asked to go for an echo. Regards

Hello, IsolatedVentricular premature beat is a normal finding. Flat v1 is nothing to worry. Your description seems almost normal. I can comment for sure if you share your ECG . Take care
