I am suffering from dengue and I am

hello there.
caripill is a product from micro labs and it contains carica papaya leaves extract.
the dosage is three times a day after meals with lots of water.
there are studies which has shown that taking the extract is very beneficial in increase in platelet count from the 2nd day.
so continue taking it three times a day for 5 days.
and get your platelets checked on 2nd and 4th day of taking the medicines.
additionally, for dengue just take paracetamol when you feel there is fever and drink lots of water.
