I'm getting a blood test to check for what I'm allergic to, but if I have THC in my system will that be detected?

Blood tests can detect presence of active THC; high levels indicate recent use, low levels may persist for hours or days. but it has to be particularly tested for... if allergic tests are being done and THC/Tox Screen is not particularly being tested for then your reports won't reveal it.. hope this is helpful.
