Can Thalassemia occur at 26 years of age...having 11.8 of hb in women with Anisocytosis..can it indicate Thalassemia

Usually will be diagnosed before the adult age . Please share your peripheral blood smear report and any blood work up that’s done . Anisocytosis may occur due many other causes most importantly iron deficiency anemia which are very common can also cause this . Please share the symptoms if any your are having as well as the reports mentioned above
