My wrist got injured on 28th Nov 2015.MRI readings showing that
Grade 1 signal found in ulnar collateral ligament
Intrasubstance grade 1 signal in the lateral aspect of TFCC
Trace of fluid noted in the lateral aspect of inter carpal joints
Doctor advised to put on spint for 2 weeks that was done.but still pain is

Compete healing of ligaments take 3 months.. Especially TFCC.. Occasional minimal pain is expected.. Avoid lifting weight and screwing movements and sports which need extensive wrist movement..

You need to follow up for any reduction in fluid in the space ... And you need to continue with splint... Ligament injuries need a little longer Time to heal...
